3 Ways to Make Mac and Cheese with Erwan, Chef Martin, and Abi

“That’s too much mac and cheese.” said no one ever. Erwan, Chef Marts, and Abi are back in the FEATR kitchen to show you 3 mac and cheese you may or may not have tried yet. (And we’re sure you haven’t tried the last one 😉)

Erwan’s One Pot Mac n Cheese

Ideal Macaroni
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp ap flour
1 cup whole milk
2 cups raclette and cheddar
3tbsp Sour Cream


Chef Martin’s Classic Mac n Cheese

1/2 kg Ideal Elbow Macaroni, cooked according to packager directions
1/2 cup chopped bacon
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp flour
3 cups fresh milk
1 cup shredded cheddar
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper, finely ground



2 cups of breadcrumbs (in a large bowl)
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
flat parsley for garnish, roughly chopped


Abi’s Mac n Cheese Balls

225g or 8oz of small elbow pasta
100g bacon, uncooked sliced or bits
2 tbsp. butter, unsalted
1⁄4 cup flour
2 cups of cold milk
225g cup of cheddar (yung super orange sana), shredded
225g cup gouda, shredded (If unavailable, can also be cheddar)
1⁄2 tsp garlic powder
1⁄4 tsp paprika powder
1⁄2 tsp salt
1⁄4 tsp black pepper, finely ground
2 pcs. Eggs (in a large bowl)
2 cups flour (in a large bowl)
2 cups of breadcrumbs (in a large bowl)
Flat parsley for garnish, roughly chopped
Cooking oil for frying
