Erwan’s One Pot Mac n Cheese
Ingredients
Ideal Macaroni
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp ap flour
1 cup whole milk
2 cups raclette and cheddar
3tbsp Sour Cream
Panko
Parsley
Butter
Chef Martin’s Classic Mac n Cheese
Ingredients
1/2 kg Ideal Elbow Macaroni, cooked according to packager directions
1/2 cup chopped bacon
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp flour
3 cups fresh milk
1 cup shredded cheddar
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper, finely ground
Topping
Ingredients
2 cups of breadcrumbs (in a large bowl)
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
flat parsley for garnish, roughly chopped
Abi’s Mac n Cheese Balls
Ingredients
225g or 8oz of small elbow pasta
100g bacon, uncooked sliced or bits
2 tbsp. butter, unsalted
1⁄4 cup flour
2 cups of cold milk
225g cup of cheddar (yung super orange sana), shredded
225g cup gouda, shredded (If unavailable, can also be cheddar)
1⁄2 tsp garlic powder
1⁄4 tsp paprika powder
1⁄2 tsp salt
1⁄4 tsp black pepper, finely ground
2 pcs. Eggs (in a large bowl)
2 cups flour (in a large bowl)
2 cups of breadcrumbs (in a large bowl)
Flat parsley for garnish, roughly chopped
Cooking oil for frying
