Mixed Grain Rice
Ingredients
1 cup jasmin rice
1 cup black rice
1 cup red rice
1/4 cup monggo
1/4 cup oats
Ratio: 1 cup of rice mix is to 2 cups of water/cooking liquid
Cabbage Mix White Rice
Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cups roughly chopped cabbage
1 tsp salt
1 cup cooked white rice
Fried Rice
Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
200 grams
ground chicken
4 pc eggs, beaten
1/2 cup chopped fresh button mushrooms
1 pc onions
3 cloves garlic
1 pc small carrots, cut thinly
1 cup spinach
1 cup cooked red rice
