3 tbsp canola oil

1 pc small onions, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 (1 inch) pc ginger, grated

4 pc kaffir lime leaves or zest of 2 limes

2 (400ml) cans coconut milk

100 grams shiitake, sliced

100 grams oyster mushrooms, sliced
