Pork Bbq

Ingredients

½ kg pork tenderloin, cut into 1 inch chunks

 

Marinade

Ingredients

1 cup tomato ketchup

2 tbsp soy sauce

3 tbsp vinegar

¼ cup brown sugar

5 cloves garlic, chopped

1/2 cup lemon/lime soda (optional)

skewers soaked overnight

 

Vinegar Dip

Ingredients

4 cups vinegar

2 pc red onion, chopped

4 cloves garlic, chopped

salt & pepper

1 cup sugar

2 pc bird’s eye chili

 

Pork Liempo Inasal

Ingredients

1 kg pork belly slices

 

Marinade

Ingredients

3 cloves garlic, chopped

1 inch thumb ginger, sliced thinly

1 bundle lemongrass, white part only, chopped

¼ cup calamansi juice (around 10 pieces of calamansi)

¼ cup soy sauce

1 cup soda

soy sauce

chicken oil

 

Pork Sisig

Ingredients

½ pc pork mask/face, cleaned well and rubbed with rock salt

2 tbsp whole peppercorns

2 inch pc ginger, smashed

¼ cup vinegar

4 pc bay leaves

 

Finishing

Ingredients

3 tbsp Sukang tuba

1 inch pc ginger, sliced into sticks

1 pc red onion, chopped

 

Grilled Bangus

Ingredients

3 pc bangus, deboned and butterflied

4 tbsp unsalted butter
