ACID REFLUX MEALS
Ingredients
Mashed Potatoes:
½ kg potatoes, boiled and peeled
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ cup greek yogurt
Roasted Veggies:
1 pc onions, choppedcut into quarters
2 tbsp olive oil
Broccoli, cut in the same size as carrotsinto into
Carrots, diced
Broccoli, cut in the same size as carrots
2 pc Chicken Breast, chopped into chunks
1 tsp salt
Gravy:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup Milk
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp & pepper
High-Fiber Snack:
1 pc Apples, cut into wedges
¼ cup peanut butter Peanut Butter
¼ cup chopped Nuts
