Cavite is a province in the Philippines that boasts a rich history of cultural significance, good food, and most importantly the city’s important role in Philippine history.
We walked around the busy streets Cavite City in search of the most unique heritage dishes that we could find like the “Camaron Rellanado” in New Chefoo Restaurant, the “Calandracas” of Nanay Lily, and the locals’ take on the Paella Valenciana at Mang Mike’s Valenciana.
