Creamy Ginataang Bilo Bilo

Bilo-bilo is a comforting meal that everyone loves. It has everything you need in one bowl and brings back fun memories of your childhood. We love how each ingredient comes together to create that harmonious blend of flavors!

CREAMY GINATAANG BILO-BILO

Ingredients:
1 cup (160g) glutinous rice powder
½ (120g) cup water
4 cups (960g) water
1 cup (200g) yellow sweet potato, diced
1 cup (200g) sweet potato, diced
1 cup (150g) saging na saba, diced
½ cup (80g) jackfruit, shredded
1 cup (240g) coconut milk
½ cup (156g) Nestle Carnation Condensada
1 packet (250ml) Nestle All Purpose Cream
1 cup (200ml) cooked tapioca (sago)

Procedure:
1. Make a dough by mixing glutinous rice powder with ½ cup water until smooth. Form into ½ inch balls and set aside.
2. In a pot, combine 4 cups of water, yellow and purple sweet potato. Simmer for 10 minutes until tender.
3. Add saba, bilo-bilo, and jackfruit. Simmer for another 10 minutes until tender.
4. Pour coconut milk, condensada, and all-purpose cream. Stir in sago and bring to a gentle simmer.
5. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve. Makes 6 servings.
