Bicol is a beautiful region in the Philippines that is made up of six provinces, namely: Albay, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Masbate, and Sorsogon. Erwan Heussaff is in Albay and is making a few stops to get a taste of the local flavors as he draws some cooking inspiration before he sets up camp for the night. This is an adventure that we will never forget as we were literally met with a typhoon as we were just about to leave for Catanduanes. Stay with us until the end to get a glimpse of our campsite!
