Best Food in Quezon Province with Erwan Heussaff (Reforestation in Infanta)

Erwan Heussaff travels to Infanta, Quezon Province to explore how environmental conservation supports local livelihoods. In this episode, he visits communities working with Manulife Philippines and Haribon Foundation to reforest the Sierra Madre and rehabilitate coastal mangroves.
Erwan met with farmers planting native trees, forest rangers, and fisherfolk protecting marine ecosystems.

We encountered the industrious women of Kalipunan ng Liping Pilipina (KALIPI), who produce tablea from cacao and coco jam from local coconuts—gaining income and skills in the process. We also made a few stops in Real, Quezon Province and learned how food, sustainability, and community action are deeply connected within these efforts that will hopefully make a lasting impact.

We would like to thank our friends at Manulife Philippines for sponsoring this video.
