Avocado Sago Jelly

Who needs a sweet treat? This avocado sago jelly might just be your next favorite dessert. While we also enjoy our usual avocado toast, nothing is better than that sweet and creamy goodness of avocado combined with milk and sugar. Send this to your bestie for your next barkada gathering!

AVOCADO SAGO JELLY


Ingredients:
2 teaspoons unflavored gulaman powder
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup water
5 Ripe avocados, cubed
1 cup cooked mini sago
½ cup Nestlé Carnation Condensada
1 pack Nestlé All-Purpose Cream
Procedure:
1. In a large pot add water, gulaman powder and sugar. Stir and bring to a simmer. Pour into a container. Set aside to cool. Cut into cubes.
2. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Spoon the flesh of 3 avocados and cut into cubes.
3. In a mortar, combine 2 avocados and ½ cup Nestlé Carnation Condensada. Mash with a pestle into a puree consistency.
4. In a large bowl, combine Nestlé All-Purpose Cream, avocado puree, avocado cubes, gelatin and sago. Mix well.
5. Refrigerate for 2 hrs or overnight. Serve well chilled.
