Where can you try the best Batchoy (Filipino noodle soup) in the Philippines? We went straight to its birthplace in Iloilo where we tried not just one, but FIVE popular restaurants that serve endless bowls of this local favorite.
What makes batchoy special? We can say that it’s the flavorful broth that is made from scratch, the combination of different toppings like the pork rind and egg which adds texture, or the bouncy miki noodles that gives you that satisfying bite that you’re looking for. The list goes on and on but let’s just get to this epic batchoy fest with Chef Martin to find which one is the best!
NOTE: This is a reuploaded video of our previous Batchoy video. We recognize the writing mistake we made and rectified the initial Voice Over. Thank you for the constructive critiscm 🙂
