Lechon is a must-try delicacy when you visit the Philippines. Roasted suckling pig is a known dish across the world and we have some of the best that you can try in this lifetime. Each lechon is spit-roasted for hours by “lechoneros” who have mastered the craft for generations, making each bite a mouthwatering mix of crispy skin and flavorful, tender meat.
We are in Quezon City to get a taste of the OG lechon spots like Monchie’s Lechon and Elar’s Lechon, then traveled to Esguerra Farms in Batangas to pay homage to their Kurobuta Berkshire farm to see how the pigs are raised and then cooked to some of the best lechon that you will taste!
