Chicken Alfredo

Chicken alfredo is one of those nostalgic dishes that reminds us of children’s birthday parties and simple family celebrations at home. It’s creamy, tasty, and quite easy to make! What’s your favorite version of alfredo pasta?

CHICKEN ALFREDO

Ingredients:
70g uncooked fettuccine pasta
⅓ cup Nestle All Purpose Cream
⅓ cup parmesan, grated
4 tbsp butter
¼ Maggi Magic Chicken Cube
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp flat leaf parsley, minced
1 large chicken breast
2 liters water
¼ cup white wine
nutmeg to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:
1. Boil pasta for 7 minutes making sure to stir so it doesn’t stick together
2. Season chicken breast with salt and pepper and sear on both sides before setting aside
3. In the same pan add white wine and let simmer for 30 seconds before adding garlic and nutmeg and sauteing for 1 minute
4. Add cream, parsley, parmesan and Maggi Magic Chicken Cube while adjusting thickness with pasta water before adding cooked pasta. Makes 1 serving.
