Quick Chicken BBQ Fillet

Chicken BBQ Fillet


½ kg chicken leg quarter fillet

1 tbsp Maggi Magic Sarap

¼ tsp pepper

¼ cup oil

3 cloves garlic, minced


BBQ Sauce:

1 tsp Maggi Savor

1 tbsp Maggi Oyster Sauce

½ cup pineapple juice

¼ cup brown sugar




In a small saucepan, combine all the BBQ sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for 3-5 minutes or until the sauce is thick. Set aside.


Rub chicken fillet with magic sarap and pepper. Set aside.

In a pan with hot oil, sear chicken fillet until both sides are browned. Set aside and in the same pan, saute the garlic until tender.

Add back the chicken and barbecue sauce. SImmer for 2-3 minutes or until the chicken is fully-cooked and coated with the sauce. Makes 3-4 servings.
