Crispy Garlic Bangus Salad

Fish salad? You HAVE to try it! This crispy bangus salad mixes all the right layers of textures, flavors, plus we made our own sauce! You can easily eat a whole bowl yourself or serve it as an appetizer. All we can say is that this dish is so easy and refreshing to eat, you’ll want it all to yourself.

CRISPY GARLIC BANGUS SALAD


Ingredients:
1kg boneless bangus
2-½ cups japanese bread crumbs
2 sachets Maggi Magic Sarap
3 large egg
2 cups
4 cloves garlic
Dressing:
¼ cup roasted garlic
½ cup mayonnaise
4 tbsps calamansi juice
¼ cup sugar
Toppings:
red onions, julienned (soaked in cold water)
finely sliced spring onions
chopped parsley, roughly chopped
mangoes, julienned
cucumber, julienned
½ kilo romaine lettuce
¼ kilo mustasa
Procedure:
1. Marinate your boneless bangus in Maggi Magic Sarap.
2. Coat the fish in this order: in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs.
3. Fry until golden brown, mix in the dressing and set aside to assemble the salad.
4. Coat the romaine lettuce and mustasa along with all fruits and vegetables with your dressing.
5. Plate it in a big bowl and top it off with your crispy bangus.
