Delicious Creamy Corn Pasta

Nothing says “cozy” more than a bowl of creamy corn soup. It’s a great side to hearty meat dishes or on its own as a quick snack. We wanted to take this rainy day favorite to the next level by mixing it with a filling bowl of your choice of noodles. Just follow this simple recipe and enjoy!

Creamy Corn Pasta


3 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tbsp flour
¼ cup chicken broth
½ tbsp lemon juice
½ cup cream
1 can corn kernels, drained
1 tbsp Maggi Magic Sarap
¼ tsp pepper
¼ kg cooked pasta
Freshly grated parmesan


In a pan, melt butter and saute garlic until fragrant. Add flour then slowly pour in stock while mixing. Bring to a boil and simmer for a minute.

Add lemon juice and pour in cream while mixing. Add the corn then season with Maggi Magic Sarap and pepper.

Toss in cooked pasta and serve with cheese. Makes 4 servings.
