6g iodized fine salt
2 pcs eggs
60g unsalted butter

Ensaymada Butter

1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup white sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Spanish Bread Filling

¼ cup margarine
¼ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup white sugar
½ cup fine breadcrumbs

Pan De Coco Filling

2 cups desiccated coconut
¼ cup powdered milk
¾ cup brown sugar
1 cup melted butter
⅓ cup condensed milk
