Ensaymada Monkey Bread
300g all-purpose flour
300g bread flour
10g instant yeast
180g sugar
15g powdered milk
60g egg yolks
8g salt
200g water
90g unsalted butter, cold and cubed

For Finishing:
50g unsalted butter, melted
100g powdered sugar
50g parmesan
