Hard-shell tacos have already found different forms around the world. Here are three versions that you will love. Birria, Spicy Tuna and Chicken Bulgogi. It’s fusion, but the good kind.

1 tsp Cumin powder

1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
400g Brisket beef
2 cups Beef stock
1 cup Cheddar cheese
½ head Lettuce

300g Chicken thighs

1 tbsp Brown sugar
1 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Mirin
1 tbsp Grated ginger
1 tbsp Grated garlic

¾ cup Kimchi
1 cup Rice
½ cup Cheddar cheese
