450 grams Bread Flour
50 grams Toasted Ground Quaker Rolled Oats
95 grams Sugar
10 grams Salt
3pcs Eggs
180 grams Milk
15 grams Fresh Yeast
250 grams Butter Toasted Oats for Toppings

Banana Bread


1 cup Quaker Rolled Oats
1 tbsp Quaker Rolled Oats (topping)
1/2 cup soymilk or milk
1 cup mashed very ripe bananas (about 3 medium)
4 egg whites, lightly beaten
1/2 cup canola oil
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup coco sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 sachet clium fiber – for added moisture (optional)

Oatmeal Cookies

1 1/4 Cups soft margarine
1 ¾ cups firmly packed coco sugar
1 tsp salt
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda

Carrot Cake


300 grams Light Brown Sugar
130 ml Sunflower Oil
100 ml Milk

200 grams All-Purpose Flour
