Tuna Melt Stack

Ingredients
Tuna Spread
⅓ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp dijon mustard
⅛ tsp pepper
zest of lemon
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 pc green onions, sliced
1 tbsp chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
2 tsp dried tarragon
2 cans tuna, drained

Slow Cooked Pulled-Beef Sandwich

Ingredients
1 kg beef chuck, cut into chunks
½ tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
¼ cup olive oil
1 pc onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
2 cups beef broth
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 cup beer

Gochujang Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients
4 pc chicken breast fillet
1 cup flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp white pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
2 pc eggs
¼ cup gochujang
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
⅛ tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper

Gochujang Coating

½ cup gochujang
2 tbsp butter
¼ cup brown sugar
