Banana Turon Cake
Ingredients:
3 pc large over ripe bananas, peeled and mashed
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 pc eggs
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
honeycomb
2 cups sugar
1 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup water
2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
sweetened whipped cream
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 pc vanilla bean (scraped off from pods if using fresh)
3 tbsp powdered sugar
