Healthy Fish Sticks


1/2 kg skinless salmon fillet, sliced into 1 inch chunks

salt & pepper



1 cup japanese breadcrumbs

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 pc egg, beaten



1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

3 tbsp tomato ketchup

1 tbsp oyster sauce

2 tsp sugar
