Since pancit is noodle-based, one would assume that either chopsticks or a fork would be used to eat it.
But Pancit Habhab from Lucban, Quezon is traditionally eaten on a banana leaf without any utensils.

1/2 kg elbow macaroni/shell pasta, cooked according to package directions
1 (470mL) jar Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise
1/4 cup pickle relish, with 1 tbsp pickle juice
2 tsp sugar
1-1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 pc small red onions, chopped
1 pc red bell pepper, chopped
1 (165g) bar cheddar cheese, small cubes

Marinade
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp dark soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tbsp canola oil
1 kg chicken thighs and drumsticks
