LONGGANISA ARAYES

Ingredients:
4 small pitas
Ingredients:
500g longganisa de cebu
50g salted duck egg, chopped
70g atsara, chopped
100g onions
1 egg yolk
¼ cup garlic, grated
1/2 pack Maggi Magic Sarap

Dip:
calamansi
lemon zest
Nestle All Purpose Cream
¼ pack of Maggi Magic Sarap

Procedure:
1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix it while agitating the mixture for it to hold its shape.
2. Test one piece and cook it and adjust the seasoning.
3. Stuff it in the pitas with a thin layer only and sear them off in your pan. If it needs more cooking, put it in an oven at 180C for 10 minutes. Serve with calamansi dip. Makes 4 servings.
