We met Lorena “Mama Ena” Mangay during our last food trip in Malabon City and instantly fell in love with her dishes. Her special Kare-Kare is made with a creamy peanut sauce, meats, and fresh vegetables that’s sold out every day. Aside from their signature kare-kare, they are also known for their other classic Filipino dishes like sinigang, menudo, embutido, kaldereta, fresh atchara, and many more!
