Nathaniel Mounayer is the owner of Meshwe, a Lebanese-Arabic and Middle Eastern restaurant in Fairview, Quezon City, that grew from a small food market stall into a full-service restaurant serving shawarma, kebabs, Arabic rice dishes, and family recipes.
