Other Ways to Use Lasagna Sheets (Soups, Chips and Rollups) with Erwan Heussaff

Don’t be fooled by lasagna noodles, they aren’t just for lasagna 😉 Erwan’s getting creative with 3 recipes that use lasagna noodles unconventionally but surprisingly, still very tasty!

Lasagna Chips and Dip

Ingredients
Ideal Lasagna Sheets, cooked according to package directions and cut into 2-inch pieces
parmesan cheese
italian seasoning
garlic powder
oil for deep-frying

Dip

Ingredients
3 tbsp olive oil
½ kg Italian sausage/ground beef
1-½ cups ricotta cheese
1 cup tomato sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ cup shredded mozzarella
¼ cup shredded sharp cheddar

Lasagna Roll Ups

Ingredients
8 pcs Ideal Lasagna Sheets, cooked according to package directions
1 cup frozen spinach
2 cups ricotta cheese
¼ cup grated parmesan
1 pc egg, beaten
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
⅛ tsp or a pinch of nutmeg
8 pcs deli ham, cut in half
2 cups spaghetti sauce
1-½ cups shredded mozzarella

Lasagna Soup

Ingredients
1 pc large onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 pcs medium-sized carrots, chopped
1-½ cups sliced fresh button mushrooms
1 liter chicken broth (or 1 chicken cube dissolved in 1 liter of water)
2 cans canned tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
6 pcs Ideal Lasagna Noodles, break into chunks
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella
fresh basil
