Quick Sweet Black Pepper Noodles

You’ve probably seen black pepper noodles in your favorite dramas or simply while scrolling on your feed. Now’s your chance to recreate that perfect blend of sweet and salty for yourself! This recipe is also easy to put together as you just need to prepare the sauce before adding everything together in a delicious stir-fry.

Stir-fried Black Pepper Noodles

Ingredients:
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp Maggi Oyster Sauce
2 tsp Maggi Magic Sarap
1-½ tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp mirin

3 tbsp oil
1 pc small red onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup sliced carrots
2 packs udon noodles

Chopped spring onions

Procedure:
Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, magic sarap, brown sugar, and mirin in a bowl. Set aside.

In a wok with hot oil, stir-fry veggies and noodles. 

Add soy sauce mixture and cook until sauce has thickened and stuck to the noodles. Top with spring onions. Makes 4 servings.
