Ingredients:
4 pcs fresh egg yolks
4 cups cooked Japanese rice
Furikake:
3 tbsp oil
2 pcs. tinapa
1 tbsp Maggi Magic Sarap
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1 tbsp finely chopped nori
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 Maggi Savor Classic
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Procedure:
In a pan with hot oil, fry tinapa on both sides and debone then chop into pieces.

Pound together tinapa, magic sarap, sesame seeds and nori in a mortar and pestle.

In a bowl with hot rice, top with egg yolks and furikake. Add sesame oil and Maggi Savor. Top with spring onions. Makes 4 servings.
