The Best Pancit Pusit (Filipino Squid Ink Noodle Stir Fry)

Pancit Pusit


2 tablespoon peanut oil or olive oil
800g of small squid
4 cloves garlic
1 small onion
1 medium sized carrot
1 cup of shredded cabbage
1/2 cup cornstarch
2 tbsp rice wine
300ml crushed tomatoes
1 cup seafood broth
1 cup chicharron
2 tsp squid ink, mixed with 1 tbsp of water
salt and pepper to taste
4 tsp of fish sauce
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
calamansi, kinchay, parsley to plate
