It’s Christmas in September, every year in the Philippines.
Understandably so, since Filipinos really loooove Christmas.
There’s also certain dishes that make comebacks during this season, including a personal favorite: the bibingka! It is a baked rice cake that’s warm and fluffy (it makes you feel that way too).
Over the lockdown, Adie’s Delight mastered baking these, so this family started selling it from their home.
