TORTILLA CHIPS WITH CREAMY SPINACH DIP
1 bag corn tortilla chips
1 bundles of spinach, leaves only
1 cloves garlic, minced
1 small white onion, diced
¼ bar cream cheese
⅓ cup parmesan cheese, grated
¼ cup feta cheese
½ cup mozzarella, grated
⅓ cup Nestlé All-Purpose cream
salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
1. Sauté garlic and onion before adding spinach until it is wilted. season with salt and pepper
2. Mix in cream cheese, feta, and nestle all purpose cream, and half of the parmesan before transferring to an oven safe container and topping off with mozzarella and remaining parmesan
3. Place in an oven on broil at 400F for 2 minutes or until desired color on top. Makes 1 serving.
