1/4 kg chicken skin
2 tbsp atsuete
3 cloves garlic
4 stalks lemongrass, white part only, pounded

Chicken Skin Sisig


2 pc chicken thigh fillets
reed onion, chopped
bird’s eye chili, chopped
ladyfinger chili, chopped calamansi
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/4 cup chicken skin, cooked until crispy and chopped
2 tbsp vinegar
