Marino’s Eatery has been serving home-cooked Filipino meals in Biñan, Laguna since 1963. Today, sisters Erlinda and Regina Baylon continue the work their family started while preparing the next generation to carry it forward.
In the latest episode of The Grind, we spend time inside one of Laguna’s longest-running family restaurants to see what it takes to preserve a legacy built on consistency, trust, and everyday cooking.
Along the way, we learn why dishes like their dinuguan, beef kare-kare, and adobong pusit continue to draw loyal customers from Biñan and beyond, more than six decades later.
