Erwan is in Siargao to get to know the famous island through the locals and of course, through its food. We spent our time eating the famous kinilaw in CEV, walking the warm beaches, and talking to some of the gamechangers in the Surfing Capital of the Philippines.

Erwan sits down for a meal with Nadine Lustre and Christophe Bariou of plant-based restaurant, Ver De Siargao, to discuss the inspiration behind their latest venture.
