Where can you eat the best and most unique dishes in Iloilo? Erwan Heussaff and Chef Martin are out in the streets to try the freshest “talaba” (oysters) and “lison” (dried fish) from Coning’s, authentic siopao from Roberto’s, Pancit Molo from Kalan PH, freshly grilled innards, and many more!
Iloilo is known to be the Food Haven of the Philippines and we had to do not just one, but two food trip videos during our visit! Aside from the energetic vibe and friendly locals, the clean and neat scenery just makes us want to come back for more. This is the second out of our two-episode food crawl series in Iloilo, we hope you enjoyed it!
