Genesis Pandesal has become one of Marikina City’s best-known bakeries, serving freshly baked pandesal that has earned a loyal following over the years. What started as a small dream has since grown into a bakery with ten branches.
Behind it are husband-and-wife team Heson and Ciarra Tiamzon, who took a leap of faith by pooling their savings to build the business they had always envisioned. Today, that dream begins long before sunrise, with batches of soft, pillowy pandesal made fresh by hand every single day.
